At SWL Homes no project is too big or too small. We offer both Design and Project Management options for your project and can tailor our 4 step approach to fit your individual needs!
Design
Design your space from conception through construction. This may involve aspects of the structure of the building, as well as choosing furniture, accessories, fabrics for draperies and other design elements.
The Design Fee is $100 per hour
Construction Management
Project Managing would include tapping into our preferred vendor list, getting bids and submitting them to you for your approval, managing the contractors and sub-contractors on your behalf including payments, as well as ordering merchandise.
The Management fee is 10% of the total budget.
